Our essential oils are sourced from Norfolk essential oils (NEO)- a small family run business who specialise in farming pure & high-quality oils. Grown & distilled from their own farm in Norfolk, they pride themselves in growing locally and are able to provide a full history to all of the operations carried out on its oils from -'seed to bottle'- producing products of a high standard.

Lavandula Augustifolia/English Lavender essential oil 

Having various health benefits, including: relieving anxiety/depression & supporting skin health; may also help with headaches, acne, burns, sleeping & wound healing. 

Lavender is very calming/relaxing and be can be used in oil burners or diluted with carrier oils to use on skin topically, pillows (for sleep), in baths, clothing (to use as a natural scenter) and sprayed around the house when diluted with witch hazel/alcohol. You can even add to your own natural soaps/shampoo/conditioners to make hair smell refreshing & to keep your body clean.

This essential oils also helps with itching/swelling & has antiseptic/fungal properties.
